Project description

This Erasmus+ KA1 project supported the professional development of adult learners and staff through a series of mobilities designed according to their individual needs, levels, and learning preferences. Participants took part in structured training courses, job shadowing activities, and invited expert sessions, as well as personalised learning mobilities focused on communication and intercultural competence.

Across all activities, the project strengthened key competences from the European Key Competence Framework for Lifelong Learning, including literacy, multilingual, digital, personal and social, citizenship, and cultural awareness competences. Participants improved their language and communication skills, developed confidence in using digital tools and innovative methodologies, and deepened their understanding of inclusive, learner-centred, and competence-based teaching approaches.

The mobilities also promoted professional exchange and collaboration with international partners, enabling participants to observe best practices, explore new pedagogical models, and reflect on their own teaching and learning strategies. As a result, the project contributed to the overall quality, innovation, and internationalisation of adult education within the sending organisation.
